Like most good things… our list of 10 things to eat more of has come to an end! And in last (but by no means not the least) position, we have the humble fried rice! Often sitting on our plates as the junior but better dressed sibling to jollof rice; this delicious dish benefits from mild aromatic spices and comes with added mixed vegetables and prawns that can be paired with meat, chicken or fish (if you wish).
