MOI MOI ELEWE (BEAN CAKE STEAMED IN BANANA LEAVES)

Made from pureed beans, moi moi is not only low in fat but high in protein. Moi moi that is cooked using the traditional method of steaming inside wrapped banana leaves not only tastes great but also benefits from the all natural organic process that has been used for many years in Nigeria.
