Marketing Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to occupy the role of Marketing Executive, supporting the Marketing Department in its primary and administrative duties for the entire Tasty Africa Group.

Job Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Marketing Manager to help reach the company’s marketing goals and objectives.

• Research market trends, pricing strategies and other relevant information to assist in developing Marketing plans.

• Assist in creating both offline and online collateral for Tasty Marketing campaigns, this may include flyers, leaflets, and adverts.

• Organise plans and production of all marketing material working closely with external Marketing companies (i.e. graphic designers, printers).

• Manage Marketing promotions between third parties and company. Includes distribution of leaflets, positioning of posters and other marketing material.

• Arrange content and capture content for all company online platforms.

• Enter marketing related data into Spreadsheets and assist in creating financial reports for the Manager and Directors.

• Maintain social media accounts for brand.

• Analyse offline and online information, and prepare marketing related reports and presentations.

Customer Service Assistants

Position: Customer Service Assistants

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain a fast speed of service, especially during peak times.
• Take orders from customers and input their selections into the till.
• Assist with the setting up of the service counter and dishing food into the Bain Marie
• Check catering orders at the beginning of the shift.
• Ensure catering orders are delivered appropriately.
• UberEATS:- Getting the orders, warming and prepping the food and removing food from menu
availability.
• Light cooking and meal preparation – e.g frying puff puff / making and wrapping pounded yam,
Eba and Amala.
• Replenishing the food in the Bain Marie.
• Perform cleaning tasks as directed by the manager or supervisor: wash crockery, cutlery,
cooking and serving utensils and kitchen equipment, clean floors, walls and surfaces in the
kitchen and dining area.

General

• Follow all restaurant safety and security procedures (opening and closing checks).
• Arrive on time for all shifts and stay until shift completion.
• Respond to customer queries, concerns and complaints and make sure they leave satisfied and
make reports to the manager at the end of the shift.
• Attend regular training at the Head Office (located in Belvedere).

Stock Room Assistants

Position: Stock Room Assistants
Location: Head Office (Belvedere/Kent)

Job Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently processing food items for the various Tasty African Restaurants.
• Date code checking and regularly doing stock rotation of items within the warehouse and chiller
room in keeping with food safety regulations
• Regularly taking stock of items in the warehouse and chiller room and inform Procurement
Manager if items need to be replenished
• Providing fast and accurate service to internal customers regarding stock need
• Able to lift 20kg containers in the most safe and effective way
• Weighing dry-food items and non-food items for all Tasty restaurants across London and Kent
• Maintaining best practice and housekeeping standards in the Factory
• Taking food items from the freezer room
• Receiving food items remaining from each branch and logging it unto the system for the next day
• Count number of coolers per branch and write on dispatch note for Logistics team
• Available to work Fridays Evenings.

General
